The Authentication & Grading Process

Step 1

Select Your Service

Customers begin by choosing the grading service they want from our available options and simply add it to their cart.
Step 2

Submit Your Cards

After checkout, customers can either bring their trading cards directly to Collection Realm for drop-off or ship them securely to our shop.
Step 3

Secure Handling & Advisory

Once received, our team carefully logs and protects each card, offering guidance on which ones are strong candidates for grading.
Step 4

Forward to PSA

We then handle the secure submission process, packaging and sending the cards to PSA for professional grading.
Step 5

Professional Evaluation & Encapsulation

PSA experts authenticate and grade the cards according to their trusted standards, sealing each one in a tamper-evident case with its grade clearly displayed.
Step 6

Customer Notification & Return Options

When grading is complete, we notify the customer that their card is ready, giving them the choice of picking it up in-store or having it securely delivered to their address.
