Pre Order Policy
Pre-Order Policy – Trading Card Games (TCG)
Pre-Order Items:
Items listed as Pre-Order (including but not limited to Pokémon, One Piece, Magic: The Gathering, and other TCG products) are not currently in stock and are scheduled to be released by the manufacturer or distributor on a future date.
Release & Shipping Dates:
Pre-order release dates (example: Pokémon Ascended Heroes Booster Bundles – Release Date 4/24/26) are estimated and provided by the manufacturer or distributor. Collection Realm does not guarantee shipment on the release date. Orders will ship only after we receive the product into our inventory.
Fulfillment Timing:
Once product is received, pre-orders are fulfilled in the order they were placed. Shipping timelines may vary due to distributor delays, allocation changes, shipping carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.
Delays & Allocation Changes:
In the event of delayed releases, reduced allocations, or manufacturer/distributor changes, shipping may be postponed. If an order cannot be fulfilled due to allocation shortages, customers will be notified promptly and offered a refund or alternative solution.
Cancellations, Returns & Refunds:
Cancellations:
- Pre-orders may be canceled prior to shipment unless otherwise stated.
- Once shipped, pre-orders are not eligible for cancellation.
Returns:
- Pre-order items are final sale once shipped and cannot be returned.
- Non pre-order items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging.
- Opened TCG packs, boxes, singles, or accessories showing wear are not eligible for return.
Refunds:
- Approved cancellations or returns will be refunded to the original payment method.
- Refunds exclude shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Agreement:
By placing a pre-order with Collection Realm, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this policy and understands that shipping occurs after product is received, not necessarily on the listed release date.
